Return Policy
You have 7 days to inspect your diamond or jewelry. If you wish to
return it you must call us as soon as possible. You will receive a
return confirmation number that must be written on the returned
package. We will then instruct you as to how to send back the package
insured so you are risk free. Any returned package must be post marked
within 7 days after receipt. Postal records will determine this. All
merchandise must returned in the same condition as received. Altered
or tailored merchandise will not be returned.
For jewelry: you must not remove the tag marked DO NOT REMOVE.
Any merchandise returned with this tag removed will be charged a
restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in unworn or unused
condition or a restocking fee will be applied
Special Orders and Altered Merchandise
Each special order ring is made to your specifications and because of
this a restocking fee may be charged. You will be informed in
writing if your order is subject to any restocking fee.
Altered merchandise or used merchandise may not be returned. Please
make sure all your documents including appraisal, certificate and
receipts. Returns will be credited without this documentation.
Exchanges
| All refunds and exchanges receive 100% credit towards any future
purchase.
